Auto Service Specialists

Phenomenal experience at Auto Service Specialists in North Rotalton. They got me in in less than a week and same day fixes! Exhaust, belt, lots of issues but now running better than ever! My car is an old model with discontinued parts but he took the time and energy to find comparable parts within a reasonable price range, even if it meant calling around and doing some digging. I have a bag for trash I keep in my car and he threw that out as well which is so thoughtful and above and beyond what I or anyone should expect. And they left me a bag of microwavable popcorn! Given the ease, convenience, pricing, same day results, desire to bring me to a real solution and the human touch, I'd highly recommend this company and mechanics. And the lady at the reception desk was very nice and helpful as well.

Auto Service Specialists has extremely disappointing customer service. Their computer program was not working correctly so I-in frustration- filled their pre-service three page questionnaire out three times. None of the answers would stay checked, and the information would not flow over to the company. This affected my day and my workflow. The communication between myself and the mechanic was incomplete. The office staff did not provide accurate information based on my previous work records to me either. THEREFORE not all the Needed services were performed, even though they’re supposed to drive your car and look at the alerts that are on your screen. no one called me to clarify about tire monitor problems that I’d ask them to fix but they did not. I picked up the car. The glove compartment was on the floor. The air filter for the engine was not put in it. The alert systems for oil, etc., was not reset.. I was exasperated, but I did speak to the service manager. All I could get from them was we’re sorry there was no attempt to make 2 days of frustration better. this was the worst oil change entire rotation experience I’ve ever had. I had to go there two times in order to even get m

I have a classic car, old but with only 29K miles, that suddenly went from running great to barely running at all. Auto Service Specialists diagnosed and fixed the problem and the car is running better than ever. They kept me informed throughout the process and I am completely satisfied. Great job Rick, Cindy and crew!!

First time customer just came in for an oil change but their service advisor/front desk manager Vickie was extremely welcoming, kind, and transparent about the timeline my car’s work would be completed. Price point for an oil change was fantastic and the time it took to complete was quick. I found my new home for auto repairs and maintenance, I’ll be back!!

Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake. Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air. All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention. Thanks team.
